I had wanted to extend the Dubai excursion another day so we could wake up to Thess' birthday and celebrate in Dubai. However, practicality set in and we celebrated instead back in Oman in one of her favorite restaurants, Biella. We usually have a wonderful pizza and pasta combo but instead tried a pizza with one of their Risotto Marinara. Biella is a bit pricey but the food is quite delicious.
