La Luz

Went to La Luz beach resort last weekend. Officemates had a brilliant idea of running our planning session over at the resort so we can 'quickly' run to the beach afterwards. not one of our more creative moments....

Good thing though was that I brought my family with me. So basically Thess and Vivian enjoyed the resort (while we were doing all that brainstorming) which made it all worth it. Vivian loved the beach (as do all kids of course). Thess welcomed the rest and just played (bonding sila) with Viv.

We also had quite a drinking session that night. The air and environment was agreeable. We lost our turn at the bonfire but got a good cabana instead. Shots of Jaegermeister and Absolut's Vanilla Vodka sent me reeling by midnight. The whole team seemed to have a good time...but that's just me. We even had a couple of foreigners (who were in country helping us out for a project). Napipilitan pa tuloy akong mag-ingles kahit na laseng na laseng na ko. Some more than others got drunk, resorting to lying down on the sand for a breather.







The morning after started off a bit rocky (wont be drinking hard for some time) ...after a light munch and some water (actually a lot), was able to relax and have some fun with the family. All in all, we'd probably come back to the resort...or the one beside it, Virgin resort (heard it was better but a little more expensive)
