a year ago. . .

It's been a year now since my husband flew over to Muscat. just right before the school ended for vivian and i was a little more than five months on my new job in Makati. it was really hard back then. i was pretending everyday for eleven weeks that he was just in some business meeting and will be back few days after. vivian and i were fortunate to have relatives and friends around during weekends. on the other hand for him, it was worse particularly when the city was hit by cyclone Gonu. we were not used to this kind of situation but this taught us to appreciate each other more and learned to be more patient. now that we are together, vivian always says. . . .
